3. The Owner 0f Pet Shop is permitted to deal with the following Pet Animals.
Labrador Retriever. Siberian Husky. Golden Retriever. Doberman, Shih TZU, Beagles. Persian Cat.
4. The owner will not display/house/trade any animals/birds prohibited under the Wild Life
(Protection) Act,1,972 [53 of 1972) or any other law, rules or regulations.
5. The Owner of Pet Shop Centre shall abide by the provisions of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act,
1960 and the rules and notifications issued there under,
6. The owner of the Pet Shop shall submit every year an annual report in compliance with clause (aJ ol
rule (1) of the aforesaid rules for the year ending 31st December to reach the undersigned before
31st January ofthe succeeding year.
7, The Certificate of Registration shall be displayed prominently in the Shop.
B. The Certificate of Registration is non-transferable.
9. The Certificate of Registration is a Provisional Certificate and is valid for Three Months From the
date of issue, The final Certificate of Registration Shall be issued after receipt of satisfactory
inspection Report.
