At Apna Dog, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, we have specific policies regarding refunds and returns that you should be aware of before making a purchase.
Returns Policy
Puppies: Once a puppy is sold, it cannot be returned under any circumstances. We strongly encourage customers to be fully prepared and committed before bringing a puppy home.
Other Products: We accept returns on non-perishable items such as dog supplies and accessories within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Dog Food: Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on dog food or edible items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Refund Policy
Puppies: No refunds are provided once a puppy is sold.
Other Products: Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos), and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Puppy Orders: If a puppy order is canceled before delivery, the customer must pay the delivery charge.
Other Products: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If already shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the return policy will apply.
